A Winner of the Gold prize at the 'Fine Sake Awards Japan 2021,' Ginjo-Shu Kissho-Zuiyo is characterized by its gorgeous ginjo aroma and full, well-balanced flavor. It's brewed with traditional ginjo methods, using premium rice such as Yamada Nishiki and other rice that's best suited for sake brewing, all grown within Kumamoto, and all water from 120 meters underground in Aso. Brewing alcohol is also added to enhance aroma even more. "This sake is the core product of our brewery in terms of balancing both our commitment to brewing sake that's from a true sake brewer, and to offering easy access to our sake at supermarkets for our customers.
 
Kuragakoi Junmai-Shu is brewed during the coldest winter months, allowed to mature over the summer, and bottled at the beginning of fall when it has reached the perfect state of maturity. It imparts a pleasant impression when it hits the drinker's tongue and a rich aroma fulfills the mouth.  "It can be served either warmed or chilled, and goes very well with foods that become delicious at the beginning of autumn, such as saury. It makes a great pair with a meat dish as well," says Mr. Yoshimura.
